New Cumberland-based Navarro & Wright named Shawn N. Croucher director of energy services. He will handle business development and energy-services expansion. He has more than 25 years of energy and environmental experience and was an environmental business manager with BP Products North America Inc. He has a BS in civil and environmental engineering from Clarkson University. Eric C. Halin was named a senior bridge designer with the transportation department’s highway and bridge group. He was a bridge designer with Erdman Anthony. He is an engineer-in-training and has a BS in civil engineering from Penn State University.
Harrisburg-based Murray Associates Architects named Jamie Etnoyer and Shawn Kohler employees. Etnoyer has seven years of design experience and a BA in architecture from Virginia Tech. Kohler has 13 years of design experience and an associate degree in specialized technology from York Technical Institute.
Pennsylvania Association of Colleges and Employers elected Steve Hassinger and Gwen Miller to its board. Hassinger also is the membership chairman. He is a career services director with Central Penn College and has a BA in psychology from Penn State University and master of education degree in student affairs from Regent University. Miller is the Student of the Year committee chairwoman. She is assistant director of career services with Lebanon Valley College. She has a master of education degree in higher education from the University of North Texas and an MBA from Lebanon Valley.
Chambersburg-based F&M Trust named Avis M. Graham and Roderick C. Salter assistant vice presidents of investment and trust services. They will provide personal financial planning, investment and trust services. Graham has been with the bank since 1998. Salter is a personal investment counselor for the Southern Franklin County market. He has a BS in engineering management from York College.
Millersburg-based Mid Penn Bancorp Inc. named Robert C. Grubic chairman and William A. Specht III vice chairman. Grubic was vice chairman. He is president and CEO of Swatara Township-based Herbert, Rowland and Grubic Inc. Specht is president and CEO of Seal Glove Manufacturing and president of Ark Safety and Rescue Remedies, both in Millersburg.
Gettysburg-based Adams Electric Cooperative named Marvin Snyder manager of operations. He has been with the co-op since 1969, most recently as a line superintendent. Rich Redding, who joined the company in 1996, was named line superintendent for the Shippensburg area. He was line superintendent of the York district.
The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection named Marcus Kohl regional director of its northcentral office in Williamsport. He was director of the Office of Program Integration, which works to ensure regulatory consistency and uniformity across the state. He has a bachelor’s degree in speech and communication from Millersville University. Lynn Langer was named regional director of the southcentral office in Harrisburg. She has been with the agency since 1983, most recently as the region’s assistant director. She has a bachelor’s degree in environmental biology from Juniata College and a master’s degree in biology from Bucknell University.
The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources named Heather Bollinger manager of the Colonel Denning State Park complex in Cumberland County, which includes Fowler’s Hollow State Park in Perry County. She was a park manager with the Bureau of State Parks. She has a bachelor’s degree in geo-environmental studies from Shippensburg State University. Michael Dinsmore was named manager of Little Pine State Park complex in Lycoming County. He was an assistant manager with Hickory Run State Park in Luzerne and Carbon counties. He has an associate degree in wildlife technology from Penn State University.
The Pennsylvania Patient Safety Authority named Jeff Bomboy and Regina Hoffman patient safety liaisons. Bomboy is a registered nurse with more than 35 years of experience, most recently as director of quality management and regulatory compliance with Berwick Hospital Center. He is a graduate of Geisinger Medical Center School of Nursing and has a bachelor’s degree in health care administration from St. Joseph’s College in Maine. Hoffman was employed with HCR Manor Care in Camp Hill, PinnacleHealth Skilled Nursing Facility at Seidle in Mechanicsburg, and Heart of Lancaster Regional Medical Center. Most recently, she was the patient safety officer and administrative director of quality with Schuylkill Health System. She is a registered nurse and a graduate of the Pottsville Hospital School of Nursing.
Lancaster-based Barley Snyder named Eric Seeger chief operating officer. He was a principal with Altman Weil, a legal-management consulting firm. He has a bachelor’s degree and MBA from Tulane University.
Carlisle-based Saidis, Sullivan & Rogers named Robert B. Hamilton and Hannah White-Gibson members of the firm. Hamilton focuses in business law, real estate and land use. He has a BA in history from Penn State University and a law degree from Widener University School of Law. White-Gibson will specialize in domestic law and transactional real estate. She has 14 years of real estate and investment property experience. Heidi Schenk was named a residential associate with the Centerville Road office. Tony Zook was named a residential associate with the Elizabethtown office. Nathan Ormergod was named a residential associate with the North Pointe office.
