Richard Reynolds, founder and owner of the Harrisburg-based firm, has turned over the title of CEO to David Angle. Angle has served as COO, president of the general construction division, and project executive. He has been with the company since its inception in 1994.

Reynolds will continue as owner, chairman of the board and member of the executive committee.

The firm promoted Jeffrey Merritt, president of Reynolds Construction Management, to COO. Merritt also has been with the company for 18 years, having held the positions of director of business development and senior vice president.

"With these changes, leadership to ensure the future success of the Reynolds companies is firmly established for many years to come," Reynolds said in a news release.

The company started as Reynolds Construction Management with a focus on K-12, collegiate, government, health care and commercial building projects in Pennsylvania.

Today, Reynolds provides preconstruction and construction management, building commissioning and design engineering, energy services, general construction and restoration services to both public and private clients in Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia.

Reynolds Construction Management is overseeing construction on the Harrisburg Hospital expansion and renovation — part of PinnacleHealth System's Vision 2017 strategic plan.

Reynolds already is working on the addition at the Alex Grass Medical Sciences Building at Harrisburg Hospital.
