Lancaster-based Fulton Financial Corp. named Lauren A. Barley an audit supervisor with its internal audit department. She was a senior auditor. She has a BS in business administration with a focus in accounting from Elizabethtown College. Katina E. Panagiaris was named a merchant card services sales associate with the cash management department. She was a sales associate with Warren Jewelers and has a BS in criminal justice and a minor in sociology from York College. Nathan S. Hoover was named an agricultural loan officer for York and northeastern Lancaster counties with Fulton Bank. He was a management trainee. He has a BS in agricultural business management from Penn State University. Jodi A. Koehler was named assistant manager of the Columbia Avenue office. She was a senior customer service representative with the Myerstown office. Polly A. Thompson was named assistant manager of the Cape Horn office. She was a customer service representative. She has a bachelor of fine arts degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and a BS in recreational therapy from York College. Stephen W. Natur was named a securities processing and accounting manager with Fulton Financial Advisors, where he will oversee daily operations of the advisers’ support services team. He was a securities processing manager. He has an associate degree in business administration with a focus in accounting from Churchman’s Business College in Easton.

York-based Family First Health named Dr. Smitha Nair a dentist with its Gettysburg Center practice. She has 15 years of experience, most recently with Thurmont Family Medicine in Maryland. She is a graduate of Sri Ramachandra Medical College & Research Institute in Chennai, India.
Lancaster-based Lancaster General Health named Dennis R. Roemer executive vice president and chief financial officer. He will oversee accounting, reimbursement, finance, payer negotiations and financial strategy development. He was CFO and senior vice president of finance with Georgia Health Sciences University and the Georgia Health Sciences Health System. Previously, he was senior executive vice president and CFO at Cooper Health System in Camden, N.J. He has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from Cleveland State University. Joseph Byorick, who had been CFO and treasurer, was named CFO emeritus and treasurer. He will manage financial investments.
East Lampeter Township-based High Hotels Ltd. named Jaclyn M. Lucas assistant general manager of the Hampton Inn-Harrisburg West in Lower Allen Township. She will oversee account management and customer service training. She was a shift leader.
