He has more than 33 years of experience, including facility compliance evaluations and managing comprehensive environmental response, compensation and liability act preremedial projects. He has a BS in environmental engineering from Penn State University.
Susquehanna Township-based Pennsylvania Dental Association elected Dr. Bernie Dishler president. Dishler has been in practice at the Yorktowne Dental Group in Elkins Park, Montgomery County, for 36 years. He has a dental degree from Temple University School of Dentistry.
Harrisburg-based TechQuest Pennsylvania named David F. Bonsick president and CEO. He has more than 20 years of experience, most recently as vice president of external affairs with CenturyLink. Previously, he was employed with the Commonwealth Technology Investment Office, the Pennsylvania Restaurant Association, the Pennsylvania Rural Electric Association and as a staff assistant to former U.S. Sen. Arlen Specter. He is a graduate of Lycoming College.

Gov. Tom Corbett named Curt Steffy of Chester County and Joseph G. Swanderski of Centre County to the State Board for Certification of Water and Wastewater Systems Operators.
York County Commissioners named Jonathan D. Holmes to the York Housing Advisory Commission, which advises on issues related to the development of affordable housing. He is a professional engineer and president and CEO of Gordon L. Brown & Associates Inc. He also is chairman of the Jackson Township Board of Supervisors.
Upper Allen Township-based YTI Career Institute of the Capital Region named Ivan Quinones a criminal justice and first response instructor. He is a command officer with the Maryland State Police and has more than 22 years of investigative and law enforcement experience.
York-based Crispus Attucks Association elected Kenneth Martin vice president and George N. Dotzel III treasurer and chairman of the finance committee. Martin is dean of campus operations with York College. Dotzel is a certified public accountant and a principal with SF&Company’s York Township office.
