EciConstruction of Dillsburg will replace interior doors in Anworth, Armstrong and Drayer dormatories at Dickinson College in Carlisle.

Barton Education of York will provide mechanical, electrical and plumbing design services for renovations to seven elementary schools, four middle schools and a high school in the Reading School District.

Quandel Construction Group Inc. of Harrisburg was named construction manager for interior renovations to the James Gettys Elementary School, additions and HVAC upgrades to the Franklin Township Elementary School and construction of a new 196,000-square-foot middle school for the Gettysburg Area School District. The three projects are estimated to cost $43 million. Construction is scheduled to begin this summer and be complete for the start of the 2014-2015 school year.

Harrisburg-based Reynolds Construction Management was named construction manager of the Wallingford-Swarthmore School District’s Nether Providence Elementary School project in Delaware County. Godshall Kane Architects of Montgomery County is designing the $16.5 million building. Reynolds also has been working on the district’s Wallingford Elementary and Strath Haven Middle schools.

Millersville-based Zimhan Inc., which does business as The Framery Inc., leased 2,500 square feet of retail space in the Wheatland Shopping Center at 1767 Columbia Ave. in East Hempfield Township from Homewood Realty Co. Julio Perez leased 1,600 square feet of space in the shopping center at 1763 Rear Columbia Ave. Coldwell Banker Commercial Bennett Williams of York represented all the parties.

York County Library System leased 620 square feet of retail space in Smith Village Shoppes on North Main Street in Jacobus from Dadds Corp. Bennett Williams represented both parties.

Drive Right Inc. leased 1,500 square feet of retail space at 1512 S. George St. in Spring Garden Township from Morgan’s House of Twins. Bennett Williams represented both parties.

Scott M. Eden and Craft Beer Taproom LLC purchased a liquor license to use in the Good Dog Taproom at 57 W. Market St. in York. Rock Commercial Real Estate LLC represented the buyer.

Atrain Property Management Group LLC bought a 6,378-square-foot student residential property at 11 Britton Road in Shippensburg Township. Rock Commercial represented both parties.

Gamlet Properties LLC bought a 47,004-square-foot warehouse at 190 Carlisle Ave. in York. Rock Commercial represented both parties.

Poorman Designs LLC leased 220 square feet of office space at 1 Marketway West in York. Rock Commercial represented both parties.

RBC Capital Markets LLC leased 6,315 square feet of office space at 50 N. Duke St. in York. Rock Commercial represented both parties.

Labor Ready Northeast Inc. leased 1,708 square feet of office space at 53 E. North St. in York. Rock Commercial represented both parties.

Alexander Pabon leased 3,880 square feet of industrial space at 540 Prospect St. in York for P&S Motors. Rock Commercial represented the tenant.

Michael D. Risser leased 4.63 acres of industrial land at 3499 Industrial Highway in Springettsbury Township for M.D. Risser Trucking. Rock Commercial represented both parties..

Mena Hanna and Remon Badros leased 1,560 square feet of retail space at 243 W. King St. in York. Rock Commercial represented both parties.

Pizza al Bacio LLC leased 1,700 square feet of retail space at 555 Ryan Run Road in Manchester Township. Rock Commercial represented both parties.

Mission Critical Partners Inc. will relocate to 2,316 square feet of office space it leased at 2578 Interstate Drive in Susquehanna Township from Conner Management Group LLC. Realty Management Associates represented the tenant; NAI CIR of Wormleysburg represented the landlord.

Gary Poffenberger purchased 1.88 acres of commercial land at 7700 Derry St. in Swatara Township from SFR LP. Landmark Commercial Realty Inc./Oncor International of East Pennsboro Township represented the buyer; NAI CIR represented the seller.

Michael F. Althoff leased 3,200 square feet of office and warehouse space at 1017 Eisenhower Blvd. in Swatara Township from Jay Crum for a Floor-It Flooring location. NAI CIR represented both parties.

The Cumberland County Tax Bureau will relocate this summer to 8,100 square feet of office space it leased at 21 Waterford Drive in Silver Spring Township from Waterford Med Partners. Campbell Commercial Real Estate Inc. of Lemoyne represented both parties.

Hampden Township-based Dawood Engineering Inc. opened an Ohio regional office in Canton in response to its increased natural gas and shale development work.
