Are you ready to eat and drink away your Tax Day sorrows? Uncle Sam is ready to collect, and you should be, too — on happy hour deals.

Celebrate with your own little fiesta at El Sol Mexican Restaurant in Harrisburg, where the food is spicy and the tequila is plentiful. Settle in for a happy hour that includes free chips and salsa, $5 house margaritas, $10 Dos Equis pitchers and half-off appetizers. But the $1 tacos are the real stars of the show. Look at it this way: You'll be getting a great head start on Cinco de Mayo!

Get your head above water with treasures from the sea at Devon Seafood Grill in Hershey. Its "happier" happy hour features $1 Blue Point oysters and 1-pound Maine lobsters at cost. As if that's not enough of a find, there are $4, $5 and $6 appetizers, like smoked salmon flatbread, steamed curry mussels and tuna tartare. And the $5.95 specialty martinis and handcrafted cocktails don't hurt either.

Everyone knows that the White Rose Bar & Grill is the place to be (and eat and drink) in the White Rose City of York. Monday happens to be $9.99 New York strip and fries night. Plus, there are $3 large premium drafts like Blue Moon and Stella Artois, as well as $5 Crush fish bowls in a variety of fruity flavors. Appetizer specials start at just $4.

If there's one happy hour spread that easily could replace your dinner, this is it. At Carley's Ristorante & Piano Bar in Harrisburg, the appetizers and pizzas are half price during happy hour. This includes "The Meatball," a 12-ounce ball of deliciousness with dipping sauces, and "The Board," with antipasto favorites like prosciutto, salami, house-made mozzarella and olives. The caramelized onion and gorgonzola pizza is equally tasty. Wash it all down with $2 domestic draft beers, $3 well drinks or $4 house wines.

The spring martini menu has sprung at The Left Bank in York. Admittedly, while this place is more of a guilty pleasure than a deal, Left Bank's famous martinis are worth it, as are the flash-fried calamari with spicy banana pepper parmesan cream. How does a key lime or tiramisu martini sound? And during happy hour, draft beer and rail drinks are $1 off. Go ahead, pamper yourself at this swanky little place.

If there are any SONIC fans out there, you might be familiar with its daily happy hour, when fountain drinks and slushes are half price. On Tax Day, happy hour will be extended to all day. You'll find locations in Harrisburg, Palmyra, Mount Joy, Red Lion and Hanover.

What's your favorite happy hour?
