Red Lion Controls, the York County-based manufacturer of industrial automation technology, continues to expand its executive ranks following acquisitions over the past two years.
Manchester Township-based Red Lion appointed Subrata Guha executive vice president of sales and Michael Evelhoch vice president of finance, according to the company.
In October, Red Lion acquired New York-based Sixnet, an industrial networking technology firm, for $72 million. In 2010, the company acquired Alabama-based N-Tron Corp., an Ethernet and wireless electronics manufacturer.
Guha formerly was Sixnet’s vice president of sales. He previously worked at New Jersey-based Avaya Inc. and ADC Telecommunications. Switzerland-based TE Connectivity Ltd., which has a midstate presence, acquired Minnesota-based ADC in 2010.
Evelhoch was vice president and controller for Cumberland County-based Harsco Corp.’s Infrastructure Americas division before Red Lion. He held multiple financial leadership positions with Harsco in the U.S. and United Kingdom.
